4. Quotations and Orders

4.1 Quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.

4.2 Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of a written purchase order and advance payment as per agreed terms.

5. Payment Terms

• Standard payment terms are 50% advance and 50% before dispatch

7. Warranty

7.1 Standard products carry a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects.
